Download TickPick - Live Event Tickets

TickPick is a ticket marketplace for live events, including concerts, sports games, and theater performances. You can search by event, venue, or location, compare available seats, and purchase tickets through the app. Listings come from ticket sellers, so availability and prices can change. Review the event details, seat information, delivery method, and final checkout total before placing an order.

TickPick is known for displaying ticket prices with fees included, which can make it easier to compare listings with marketplaces that add service fees later. However, the total you pay may still depend on the specific listing, applicable taxes, and other order details. Check the final amount shown at checkout rather than relying only on the price displayed in search results.

TickPick offers buyer protections for eligible purchases, but you should read the current guarantee terms to understand what coverage applies and how to request help. After purchasing, check the order confirmation for delivery instructions and timing. Keep your account and contact details up to date, and contact TickPick support promptly if tickets do not arrive as expected or you notice a problem.

Delivery depends on the event and the seller. Tickets may be provided as mobile tickets, transferred through another ticketing platform, or delivered by another method described in the listing. Some tickets are available quickly, while others may arrive closer to the event. Check the stated delivery timeframe before buying, and follow the instructions in your order confirmation to access or accept the tickets.

Ticket purchases are generally subject to the marketplace’s order and event policies, so do not assume that you can cancel simply because your plans change. Refund eligibility may depend on circumstances such as an event cancellation or a qualifying issue covered by TickPick’s policies. Resale options can also vary by ticket type and event. Review the current terms and your order details before purchasing.
