Download StubHub - Live Event Tickets

StubHub is a marketplace app for finding and buying tickets to live events, including concerts, sports games, theater performances, and comedy shows. You can browse events, compare available listings, check seating details where provided, and manage eligible tickets in the app. Availability, event information, and ticket delivery options depend on the specific listing and location.

StubHub offers buyer-protection policies for eligible purchases, but you should review the current terms and conditions before ordering because coverage and remedies can depend on the event, the ticket, and the circumstances. Check the event date, venue, seat details, delivery method, and any restrictions shown on the listing. If something appears incorrect, contact StubHub support promptly.

The displayed ticket price may not be the full amount you pay. Service or other fees, taxes, and delivery-related charges may apply, and the total can vary by event, seller, and location. Review the complete price breakdown at checkout before confirming your order. Also check the cancellation and refund terms, since ticket purchases may be subject to specific restrictions.

Delivery methods vary by listing. Some tickets may be available electronically in the StubHub app, while others may require a transfer through a venue or ticket provider, or another delivery method. Follow the instructions in your order confirmation and allow time for any transfer to arrive. Confirm that the ticket is accessible and that your phone can display it before heading to the venue.

Resale options and refund eligibility depend on the ticket, event, and applicable StubHub policies. Some listings may be eligible for resale through the marketplace, but this is not guaranteed, and fees or other conditions may apply. A change of plans does not automatically mean a purchase can be refunded. Check the order’s terms and current help information before buying.
