ParkMobile is not accepted at every parking space, garage, or city. Check the signs at the location for the ParkMobile name or logo and the correct zone number, or search for the location in the app before paying. Always verify that the zone matches the space you are using. If the location does not support ParkMobile, paying through the app may not count as valid payment.

The app requires a payment method on your account, with the options available depending on your location and account setup. Parking charges are determined by the local operator, and a convenience or service fee may also apply; the amount can vary by location. Review the total shown before confirming your session, and check your receipt afterward if you need a record of the payment.

At participating locations, ParkMobile may let you extend an active session from the app, provided local rules allow it and the maximum parking time has not been reached. You can also use available notifications to help keep track of when your session is nearing its end. Do not assume an extension has succeeded: confirm the updated end time in the app, and follow posted time limits and parking rules.

First, check your internet connection and confirm that you entered the correct zone, vehicle details, and parking duration. Keep the app receipt or confirmation as proof of payment. If a session will not start, use another payment method shown at the location rather than assuming the app has paid. For a ticket, follow the issuing authority’s instructions and contact the relevant support team with your receipt and citation details.
